You won’t have to answer any questions to change if you have already had your Medicare SELECT policy for six months or more.

2. Most states that sell Medigap Plan A, B, C, F, K, or L have to give you a guaranteed issue right to buy. This may not be the perfect option for you but it is an option available for your situation. What you would have to do is some research to see which one is better for you and then make a decision.
