Cigna Medicare is a leading provider of Part D drug coverage to existing Medicare members. The Cigna Rx plans are available in all 50 states, and there are many different Plan D options for Medicare users. Subscribers are free to switch their policy to a different Part D program at any time.

There are three main types of prescription drug pans, The Cigna Rx value plan, The Cigna Rx plus plan and the Cigna Rx complete plan. Monthly fees will vary and can run from as low as 17$ per month to as much as $53 per month for the most comprehensive coverage. All three plans use the same formulary of covered patient drugs. The Value Plan does require a deductible be paid for prescription claims, but the two higher priced policies offer no deductible processing.
After your fees have been paid in full, you will be eligible to start collecting your drug benefits. Customers will find the savings offered through Cigna can add up to quite a lot. Prices are similar for drugs throughout the three plans, the biggest difference being between the payment of deductible and no deductible.
