My husband has pancreatic cancer It was diagnoised
in Nov, 2010. I was told to take him home and prepare for a funeral. I took him home and tried alternative Meds. We had very happy 10 months, until he had a stroke. Back to Secure Horizons. I kept paying my Insurance. He was in the hospital 3 days and I had five hrs to get him out of the hospital. Secured horizons would not pay for a hospital bed, a walker and gave us the cheapest wheel chair they could. Medicare said I was entitle but Secured Horizons said NO. I will not get that insurance anymore.The person who reviews all request has a very bad reputation. She is known by the B word. She work out of the Long Beach Ca office. I have been with Good Sam Hospital for 30yrs but I will not step foot there anymore or have Secured Horizons. Please be very careful and investigate who Secured Horizons has as the approval person specially in Los Angeles Ca.

my wife@myself signed up in oct.2010 we have never received our new cards i have called at least 10 times@my agent also called lizer ins. 1309-634-8651 if i do not hear back today i will call medicare tom@helene singer

I am looking for a plan that covers everything from all medical, hospital, ambulance transportation, prescriptions, dental etc. I am 71 years old and in good health, I am not on any medication. At present I have a medical policy that requires monthly premiums, too costly! my husband passed away in May so I no longer have his needed income. Any information…I would truly appreciate.

My aunt has been diagnosed with breast cancer but has been unable to find a breast surgeon because of her insurance. She is covered by Secure Horizons. Is there someone in the Allen, TX area?

the mfg packages the pens in % pens pwer box and will not allow less than box to e sold>
i box is good for!^>^^ days>@ boxes is good for ##?## days>

the pharmacy filled it for # boxes and charged @ copays>
because that is !) days short of month>
why will you not fill for $ boxes whitch is ^ days over ^) days>
this is not fare to charge for @ copays and only receive less than @ months of meds>
i would not mind paying a partical copay for the extra ^ days and receive $ boxes of meds>
